Cancellation and Refund Policies

Cancellations will be accepted with a 100% refund of the amount of the ticket paid until August 4, 2022. Cancellations between August 5 and 10 will be with a 50% refund of the amount of the ticket. Registration Process and Payment Methods

Conference registration will not be confirmed until the registration process is complete and payment has been received and processed. MVM will not be responsible for filters in your browser that block the receipt of the confirmation email. Please check that you have received your registration confirmation email before carrying out any planning for your trip.

Code of conduct

All event participants are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. Be considerate, respectful and aware of the environment that surrounds you and your colleagues both from CPAC Mexico and from the headquarters where you are located. Unacceptable standards of conduct are considered, but are not limited to: intimidating, harassing, abusing, being discriminatory, derogatory, degrading treatment, distributing inappropriate material or criminal conduct by any CPAC Mexico participant and any activity related to the event. Likewise, political propaganda is not allowed in the premises where CPAC will take place. Some of the venues are shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all attendees. Those who violate these regulations will be expelled from the Conference. NO refunds will be made to those who are expelled.

Accommodations

Lodging costs are not included in the conference registration fee. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

Personal Property

Movimiento Viva México accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC).

Photography/Video

By completing this registration, you understand that you may be photographed, recorded, or recorded during the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) and that you grant Movimiento Viva México permission to use your image or voice in all forms and media permitted by law. Intellectual Property

No photograph or video taken at CPAC Mexico 2022 may be used for commercial purposes unless the attendee has obtained written permission from the Viva Mexico Movement. The commercial use of any video or photograph taken at CPAC México 2022 in which the intellectual property of Movimiento Viva México is used will be considered infringement. Professional photographers and videographers and those who are compensated for filming any aspect of CPAC Mexico 2022 for commercial use waive any claim to the “fair use” doctrine of Movimiento Viva México intellectual property. Movimiento Viva México reserves the right to claim damages for any infringement of our intellectual property rights.

Disclaimer

By purchasing tickets and/or attending CPAC Mexico 2022, you agree to assume the risks associated with attending the event. Except for liability for gross negligence or reckless and/or intentional conduct, you agree to release MVM, Movimiento Viva México and their respective officers, directors, employees and advisors from liability arising from your attendance at CPAC México 2022.
